The best peanut butter and jelly sandwich

My DH wanted me to ask this,

He wants to know what you think the best peanut butter sandwich is. His is 7 grain sliced bread, smooth Jif, no sugar added strawberry jam with sliced banana on it. "A nice fairly sweet sauterne would go good with that".:9

My sandwich would be, no jelly, peanut butter with banana on whole wheat sourdough bread. Coffee with that, would be great.

Hey, I can do better than that - how about a Little Debbie Oatmeal cookie with PB&J instead of the usual cream filling! For real - saw them at Walmart on my last grocery shopping trip! Not healthy, but yummy, I'm sure. I'll have to give them a taste test.

Lots of natural crunchy PB and homemade strawberry jam on whole wheat bread. Not sure what wine would go with that. Janie, I think your DH needs to check in with the Healthy Hedonists.

The best, not healthiest, would be extra crunchy Jif and raspberry jam (with all the sugar!) on my mom's homemade bread, toasted. No wine, just milk please.

My husband eats his peanute butter and jelly on RYE!!!!!!! And, somehow, someway, I still love him.
