For Example, the barbells we used in the Intensity series can be purchased for under $20 at almost any Walmart (Includes 50 lbs of weights)

Hope this helps. That is a GREAT deal! I, too, have the Troy Lite set and love it. I think the only thing I didn't like was the fact that it didn't have two 10# plates. It has two 7 & 1/2 plates! I find it a bit harder to keep track of the amount when adding and subtracting those two. It's called a fried brain after all that lifting. I am used to it now, but it took a bit. Of course, NOW, I WANT the plates Cathe has! LOL! Again, good 2 C U :7!!
