So I very excitedly ordered PUB/PLB and the GS series from advancedworkoutsdvd.com, which had a discount on the DVD's and was offering free shipping - only 2 weeks later after the package was shipped, they still haven't arrived. Gah. The website said all orders are shipped USPS first class and that they would arrive within 7 business days, but my confirmation email says media mail, so I'm a little annoyed. Media mail takes 4-6 weeks, doesn't it??

Ugh, and I was so looking forward to trying out my new DVD's!!

Guess that's a lesson learned. Next time I'm ordering from Cathe herself!!

Sorry for your experience with them. I recently ordered Muscle Max (with 6 ft. resistance band free) from their site and received it USPS first class within 5 days or less from when I ordered. I requested for the latex free band as they advertised in their site if problems with the latex band. I didn't get the latex free band since it was no longer in stock but they did offer $2.00 off the DVD and another $1.15 off shipping. They notified me on the same day I placed my order via email of this problem and credited my card instantly.
 
Hello - I ordered from them as well and had no trouble. I received a shipping confirmation the next day and received my DVD within about 3 days... Sorry you're having this issue! The long shipping wait sucks when you have your heard set on something! Did you contact them to discuss your dissatisfaction?

I shipped many a dvd and vhs tape via media mail when I was selling them on Ebay and it took up to 10 days to be delivered. In all honesty though, most shipments were received in a very timely manner. I'd give it a few more days before you get too upset.

What I'd be upset about is that they tell you UPS yet your email tells you media mail. I would find out once and for all how it was shipped.

Thanks for letting me vent, guys :).

I did send them an email to inquire about the status. They gave me a tracking number for USPS, but the USPS site doesn't have any info on delivery, only that it was shipped on 7/24. Hopefully it's just taking really long and it will get here on Monday.

Well I got a really nice email from them (on a Sunday!!) letting me know that it was sent media mail, and that it could take anywhere from 5 to 10 days, so it will probably arrive sometime this week.

You do knowcathe's site offers free ship on the 99.00 and over orders. I just replaced my missing power hour and i figured may as well get ctx. It was like 138. and no shipping.
I am getting rid of alot of old ones on e-bay, so i hate to say no e-bay, but i watch closely who i am buying from...

This one was offering free shipping on $50 and above, so I was tempted!! Oh well, as long as they arrive, I will be happy...
 
I work at eBay and whenever we bid, we have to tell the seller that we're an employee and have to follow the employee code of conduct - sellers are usually more... careful in those instances ;) (not that I use this to intimidate or anything :)).

So it's now a month later, and still no package :(. I just sent them an email to cancel my order. They've been really nice and have tried to be helpful, but I just feel like a month is a reasonable amount of time to wait for a package to get here, even if it was sent via media mail.

I'm so disappointed. As soon as that refund clears, I'm going to order from Cathe directly and I'll never order from anyone else but Cathe again!
