Hi Cathe and everyone! I used MIS for 2 months straight (twice a week with cardio 3-4 other days) before switching over to the 2 upper body PS tapes which I then did for about 3 maybe 4 months. I feel like I need to switch things around again and would like your opinion. I would prefer to do 2 different weight tapes per week so I will do MIS once but am not sure about the other day. Last week I did the weight section on the Wedding tape and was surprised that it did get tough using 5 & 8 pound weights (I usually use higher weights on PS). But the next day I didn't feel that nice sore feeling. Does this mean that it wasn't hard enough to be effective? I also have Body Max, but I like to break it up doing the cardio and circuit more as a cardio day, and I'm not sure if 20 min. is enough for keeping my upper body definition. Any and all opinions would be helpful!!
