(little voice in my head says...) "Ok Miss Cathe....it's 1:10pm....no more excuses....lace those sneaks and get your butt in gear". So now I'm accountable to all of you. I'll be back in an hour and let you know how I did. What are your doing today?
 
Hi Cathe!

I just finished an hour run on the treadmill...it felt great. I look forward to weekends and not having to workout before the sun comes up!

Hi Cathe!

I just finished Insanity and now I'm cracking open your STS Abs Circuit for the first time!:D I may squeeze in some B&G floor work as well just for "fun"! :eek:

Tomorrow is Stretch Max for sure to prepare for STS next week.

I did back and hamstrings for 30 min and then gave myself a spin workout for 30 minute. Ahhh, I have officially earned a healthy lunch.
 
I had a serious case of cabin fever, so I put on my layers, grabbed my dog's leash (he was already waiting for me by the front door - he knows when I put on a sweatshirt, we are goin' for a run!) and did a seven mile jog. It felt glorious!!! Time for lunch...

I did a circuit of STS Total Body--Upper Body Only Premix and Interval Max cardio.

(My player has a dvd and vhs in one machine and I like to pop one of each in at the same time and make my own workouts. It is very easy to toggle between the two.)
 
I'm glad to report today was CCPP! It's been so hard for me to fit in my workouts lately so it's a real triumph when I do. Feels great!
 
I did STS disc 6 (legs)...wrapping up my second week of Mesocycle 1.

This is my first time doing STS, and I'm absolutely loving it. No workout has given me DOMS like this since....um, ever. :)
 
Yay....I so enjoyed reading about all of your workouts today. Feels good to be able to share your hard work with your fitness friends, doesn't it? High five to all of us! :D
 
I started changing into my workout clothes and my husband commented on how I didn't look very happy. I told him I didn't want to work out. He said take a rest day. So I decided to.

Came in here and read your post, and it got me fired up to workout!

STS total body premix "compound exercise" -- DONE!!

I got up nice and early today and did Lower Body Blast while the babies napped! I always feel great when I get my workouts out of the way first thing in the morning...(like I can seriously take on anything!)
