That exercise w/ the ball.....

What does it work..glutes and hams? The one where you lay on the ball with your feet out but on your heels..then you move up and down? I did these last night and felt it in the hams..is this really for the glutes or both? I love this one!! TIA!

You must be talking about PLB ... where you lay your shoulders and head on the ball with your body like a table almost with your heels on the floor and toes pointed up ... and you raise your body up and down ... Yeah, thats a good one ... Rhonda :7
 
It's supposed to target your glutes and a little of your outer thighs. I believe Cathe says this as she's getting ready to do the exercise?

Your suppose to feel it in your glutes, this exercise target both thighs and glutes. Your suppose to feel it in your glutes also.... Rhonda:7
