That awkward Gym moment working out on add/abd-uctors machine ;-)

Hi Ladies,

Have you ever come across that moment while working out on Abd/adductors machine and all of sudden you realise you have a guardian angel spotting you across the room?

Well I came across Pauline Nordin quote today and it is hilarious in my opinion.
She is quite loud and does come across as opinionated but she is usually true and funny

Here is the quote:

"To the dude who wanted to spot me in the gynaecologist machine at golds: I'll cut off the blood supply to your b---ls with my dip belt chain"

Okay before I share my thoughts on what piece of toys I would have used lol, what would you do if it had happened to you lol

One of the nice things about working out at home is we don't have to worry about such things

My last gym was actually at my job. Because we were all at work, everyone was always on their best behavior and I never has to worry about stuff like this. That was definitely a perk of that gym!!

oh could not have said it better Toni! At work everyone is at their best behaviour lol.

I never worry about this type of behaviour when I go to the gym. When it happen we just have to deal with it lol. The quote above is just too hilarious for not to share lol.
