The March rotation calls for a bike ride and most of the time when your rotation calls for one of those I walk on the TM well I asked my DH to get my bike in riding condition and I am so glad he did. I haven't ridden a bike in well over 9 years and our town has what they call linear trails so I climbed on the bike and went. I rode 4 miles and then we have a monster hill up to our house I walked it my hr hit 104 beats a min by the time I reached the top. So I just wanted to say thank you for putting this in the rotation. (By the way I have lost 1/2 inch in my thighs and gained 1 inch in the biceps wt still the same though).
