Thanksgiving Day workout question

My !@#$%^&*() gym is closed for the holiday, and I'd like to do some indoor cardio. I've never done any Cathe cardio before, but I have many of the DVDs because I do lots of Cathe strength training. I'm generally too klutzy and impatient to follow directions during cardio, so I usually do the elliptical or treadmill at the gym.

Is there a Cathe cardio workout I can try today that has a not-so-steep learning curve and is relatively low impact (my joints are okay, but jumping around seems to set off vertigo in my head)? Thanks so much for any suggestions!
