Hi all,

I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone whose posts contain useful information about workout equiptment and where to buy it. I just ordered the Troy Lite barbell system from fitness1st.com (I think Kathryn posted this website for someone), and I got a call from them because they needed to adjust the shipping cost. Anyway, I mentioned that I found out about their website from an internet forum and she immediately asked if it was Cathe. She said they get a lot of business from Cathe devotees. Anyway, thanks again. I have benefitted several times from reading these posts.:+

I ordered that same set from fitness1st.com. I just love it! I also got a call when I ordered it that the shipping would be a little more. Just an hour after I ordered on the web I got a call from their customer service. I was floored! Such great service and prompt delivery. I'm not surprised they get a lot of business from this forum.
