Thanks to all you nice people here. The suggested recommendations all sound fab. Im really happy I found cathe's tapes and this forum. I can't wait to get her new tapes Im sure they are a real calorie burner, but most of all I think they will be great workouts for the days I don't run. Hey I may not need to get to the gym as long as I have a treadmill for running and cathe's tapes. I like running outside also, but have found it very hard on my knees. (I wish I would found her tapes a long time ago.)
