Thanks so much for Core Max

Cathe, I LOVE Core Max! I had a c-section a little over a year ago, and nothing seems to budge the flab around my mid-section. I received Core Max and Boot Camp/ME to add to my collection, and I just love Core Max. The whole next day (and even the next)I feel the "good" pain like every inch of my core has really been worked. You incorporated such unique, effective and efficient (I like anything efficient these days)moves that are also fun to do. I feel a smaller waistline already!
I am really looking forward to your new workouts, but even more importantly, we are all looking forward to your full recovery!
Take care!

Thanks so much Jen! Yes, Core Max is deceiving to many at first. I see many rush through the movements and expect the great "burn" that they are used to. This workout strengthens the entire core region, the deep down abdominal, spinal, and pelvic muscles, that do not get the typical burn we are used to experiencing at the superficial layers. But you can't let that fool you. It is challenging in every way which you have wisely discovered. The key is slow, precise and meticulous movement. So glad you understand this and are receiving the maximum benefits of the workout :7

Thanks to Core Max, especially #3, slow and controlled, with a 10-15 pound med ball, I now have a 6 pack!!!!!!!!!! Yippeeee!!!!! :) Thank you, Cathe!! I have worked on it for 3 years, I think, and you really can see it now, FINALLY!!

Congrats on your six-pack! I'm working on that myself. So you think doing weighted workouts has been the key? I've been a bit reluctant to do heavy weight work with abs for fear of getting to bulky and thick waisted when what I really want is definition. Also, how frequently do you work your abs? Some say abs can be worked daily, others say they need a day of rest in between. Any other six-pack tips you can give- I'm all ears!!

Hi Amy,
I also would be interested in her response to that. I don't really know how often to work my abs either. i have a little extra in the lower thats tuff, becuz i had gained and lost alot of wt. at one time. i would love to get it in shape without having to undergo a tummy tuck.
peace and love brenda
