I just had to share this with you. I am down and out again with pneumonia so I can't exercise for a while which is frustrating, but I have to tell you what my son said to me the other evening. I was in the kitchen taking my medicine and had thrown off my sweatshirt and was wearing a tank top (running hot and cold with the fever). My son looks out at me and says, "Holy ****!! You really are getting cut! :-wow :-wow :-wow I have to tell you that made my night. He basically makes fun of me for working out. I had just finished doing 5 weeks of S&H and had gotten in 2 weeks of PS and then got hit with pneumonia again. I have worked out for many years, but did not incorporate weight training big time until I first got MIS, one of the first tapes I bought back in January or February. I just wanted to say thanks because this is all your doing. LOL I thought I was seeing results, but not really sure, but when my son said it, I was shocked and so very happy even though sickly.
