It sounds like there's hope for me yet! I started PS Strong Legs & Abs as soon as it came in the mail yesterday so I think I'm on the right track. By the way, I love your video. It's a real challenge and you're a great "personal trainer". After a couple of months of following your workout, I will hire a personal trainer. Thanks for the advice and the great website!
P.S. If you have any tips on what one should look for in a personal trainer, I'd really appreciate it. I've tried one before, but he felt that heavy weights were not "appropriate" for women. He suggested that I stick to light weights, aerobics, and simply eat more (since, in his words, I had "super low bodyfat").
