Thanks for getting rid of the blahs

Hi Cathe:
I just wanted to tell you...whenever I am feeling stressed, overwhelmed or just blah, I pop in one of your workouts and always feel much better afterwards. Today was one of those overwhelming, blah days and even though I only had 45 minutes or so to workout, I popped in Low Max and did one of the pre-mixes. I feel so much better now. So THANKS for all of your hard work. You're much appreciated!!

You're so welcome Alicia! I'm glad I could help get you out of that mood. We've all had those days, huh? Exercise is by far the best stress releaser/mood changer out there. Everytime I'm finished with a workout, even if I had to drag myself to get there, I always end with more energy than I started with and glad I did it :7
