Today was just a stretching pilates day, but was dying to try out your basic step for just a little cardio, well I loved it, it was fun and I felt great afterwards, I just added a few extra risers, and it worked perfect. I love all your new dvd'd. You make all your work outs fun, a big THANK YOU.
