I needed that butt-kicking class today more than you realize!! The drive home from class was probably the best I've felt mentally in weeks, I was able to put family matters aside today and just focus on me today!!

The way I felt on the way home is precisely the reason I am bound and determined to teach myself soon!! What a gift!!

I look forward to my next class with you, it will be after my Disney vacation, when I'll no doubt be bringing along my favorite souvenier, the extra 5 pounds or so I will have gained from the trip..
