This is so weird but I've always worked out cardio and weights for past couple years well cardio for the past 15 years just added weights about 4 years ago. Well my point is when I did do weights back then I never got any result like I wanted to because I always did the same routine but when I found you back in Jan. I started to use all of your video's and learned so much and I mean alot. I never even thought of endurance type workout which I believe changed my image to what I was looking for all these years. Well today My mother and I were walking and I had a workout shirt on and my mom said to me that my back was really tone and firm looking so I know it is from all of your great videos
! I just wanted to say thanks for making the Body Blast which I can't wait till I get my hands on them.
