Thanks Cathe, I'm close to my pedometer goal!

Just wanted to say a quick "THANK YOU" to you, Cathe. I have most of your tapes and LOVE every one of them. I feel like I know you, it's kind of funny. Anyway, my goal is to lose about 40 pounds and you are a HUGE part of getting to that goal. I put my pedometer on all day and my goal is to get AT LEAST 10,000 steps every day. Well, once I do ANY of your cardio workouts I have over half of the steps done. :) Plus, I feel awesome and ready to handle the rest of my day.

Thanks again, and I'm sooooo looking forward to your new series.
