My DH as noticed all my effort,Yesturday were talking,and out of nowhere he compliments me on my arms,saying"wow honey,your really getting buff aren't you,I better watch out"
And later that day were hugging and all of a sudden hes feeling the muscles in my back,he was impressed!
I told him he needs to thank you too;-)!
