Cathe, even as I write this I am previewing BMax2 which came about 1/2 hour ago! Along with the others, thanks for the bonus! My question is: any special reason for using 2 risers with this workout? I know over the years you went from 2 to 1 riser, and now with 2, it made me wonder. BTW--great workout, quality, etc! Can't wait to do it.
