I just want to say Thank You to the wealth of information on this board. Yesterday I did S&H Arms chest and back I got so frustrated that my body would not fit on my step I did a search through these posts for the big step. Well I went to all sites and Fitness Wholesale had the best deal I purchased a 43x15 club Step for $69.95 I was so excited I went ahead and ordered the High Step too for 58.25 but it is out until next week. I am 5'8 so I hope I now can use my step as a bench for by barbell and dumbells. Thanks again.
