Know you're busy with new DVDs/Videos (I'm already pre-sold for 'em and can't wait to get them), but I wanted to say thanks for you tapes and your workouts! I ran the Baltimore Marathon last Saturday, and I never would have thought that was something I could do. Your tapes boosted my fitness and my strength and my attitude. While training for the marathon, I did not get to do as much step as I had previously, but I still used all your weight workouts. Your tapes got me to a place where I could realistically branch off to actually do something like this... and I am not a jock. I've never run before. Just wanted to say thanks for bringing such great workouts to "the masses." It is appreciated and what you do and the attitude with which you do it makes a difference in some very real and special ways to a lot of us out there! Especially those of us who might never, ever brave a gym!
BTW, finished in 4:26 (and like 40 seconds)!
