I want to thank you for these new workouts! I love them. I have gone back to school and don't have much time to workout. After gaining a few pounds and feeling flabby, I decided it's time to get back to it! I was so excited to find the new workouts in my mailbox! (I have been that busy, that I didn't even know the workouts were coming!) You have given me a renewed excitement to get back in shape again. With school and studying taking up so much of my time, I would only have 30 minutes to spare to workout. I was so excited to find that the new workouts could be done in that time frame! thank you! thank you!!

I echo that thank you. I absolutely love this series. I don't know how you continue to do it, just when I think you can't get any better, you produce a new series that proves me wrong. IMHO, this is your best. I can't wait to see what results I get with this one :)

Keep doing what you do Cathe...you're the BEST!
