Thank you Cathe for the wonderful Intensity Series. I have a completed a five week rotation with it and have noticed the following:
1. Increased muscle definition
2. Stronger core muscles
3. Increased aerobic stamina
4. Gave me the bump from my plateau that I needed.
I used Power Hour yesterday and was able to do "Big Girl" pushups for most of the reps which I have never been able to do before!! The best yet was conquering the first Interval Max. This video has been my Goliath since it came out. I have always had to modify interval 4, 8, and 10 using a 6" step, and would get an upset stomach just thinking about it coming up in a rotation. On a whim, just to see how the Intensity Series had helped me, I popped in Imax 1 and was pleasantly surprised! I did not have to modify any of the intervals(this is on a 6" step mind you) and the tape almost(almost ) seemed easy!!!!! I think I may even be brave enough to try it on an 8" step next time. THANK YOU SO MUCH CATHE! I can't say enough about your videos! You are top-notch!
