Cathe, I have posted here many times to you. I just want to say "thanks" for all your wonderful workouts you have created. I am now in graduate school--very time consuming--and your workouts have saved me
Since last November I have purchased over 30 of your DVDs (some with one than one workout on them) and have stopped going to the gym. I find--in the way I mish-mosh--that you are much more fun to workout to, I get better results with, and ALWAYS feel accomplished after a workout. I just think you are an amazing person who has touched many. While I love every single one, my two ABSOLUTE favorites will always be K,P,C and Imax 3 blasts only. K,P,C was my very first workout with you and since then I have been kicking and punching at least 3 times per week. I do have to say, I love the plyo work and have made some pretty challenging workouts. FUN, FUN, FUN. Anyways, as I babble on, thank you, and please keep the fun and hard work coming. Looking forward to your new series. Thanks
