Hi Jerry! I see you made it home safe and sound :) Thank YOU so much for coming. I enjoyed sweating it out with you (and that we did). I could see you working really hard and giving it your all....I just love that!!!!

Can't wait to do it all again on the 26th. Any requests for your favorite moves?
 
Yes, I do have a request...I love the part where we stretch at the end and clap..that means it's finally over~!!:p :p :p :p

Just kidding of course. Don't really have any favorite moves, yet...I really enjoyed all aspects of the workout, like I said to you at the end of class...I know my limitations, I think it's just as important to know what you're not capable of, as it is to know what you can do.

While I wouldn't say I have a favorite move, per se, my favorite aspect is how the whole experience improves me mentally and physcially!

God am I sore right now, I really hope I don't have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to the top floor at work today!

Where do you live I am just curious how far away you are from the gym I am planning on going there myself one of these days to take a class Because I was so bummed I missed the road trip I figured I'd do my own, I was in Philadelphia for my husbands Birthday and I missed the regristration.
 
I just heard that this is the last year for the convention in Wildwood...it's moving to Atlantic City...I can't remember a time when the firemen weren't here in September.
