Thank you, Cathe, for your caution in XTrain Burn Sets

I just wanted to say a big "thank you" to you, Cathe, for your word of caution on listening to your body when it came to going really heavy for double-arm rows in Burn Sets.

I logically know my back muscles should be able to handle pretty heavy weight for rows, but I have lower back issues (recently confirmed after an MRI).

I really appreciated your statement about not pushing too heavy if you know your lower back will not take it. At the beginning of that set I started really heavy, immediately noticed my lower back was getting agitated so lowered my weight for the next set and right at that time you verbally validated my decision.
