I just want to thank you for the 4 Day Split series. The quality is top notch, the DVDs themselves look amazing (Cathe you and the crew are crystal clear and beautiful), and the choreography and weight work are amazing. This has to be your best set to date, IMO…..and that’s a tough call because all your DVDs are all great!

I love the sequencing of the exercises and the variety in this set the most. I can see myself enjoying this for many years. The extra wait on these workouts was worth every minute.
