Hi A-Jock!

Just wanted to let you know - I just did your "mish-mosh" w/ IMAX(warmup) + BMAX (step circuits) + Power Circuit (cardio), and WHEW!!!!!! Man, was the sweat a-flyin! }( I think this little combo is now one of my new faves, and I just wanted to thank you for the suggestion!

So glad you enjoyed that mish-mosh! In fact, as I've been focusing on Intensity Series recently, doing the (Rhythmic Step warm-up / Power Circuit circuit / Boot Camp cardio-lower body) mish-mosh I haven't done the one with Body Max in awhile!
