Thank God for the Timesaver DVD

I am finally recovering from a week long illness and have been unable to work out. Basically, I've done nothing but lay in bed and go to the doctor this past week. But, this morning I finally had the energy to work out and I didn't know which one to do. So, I figured I might as well use the Timesaver DVD as a rotation because I don't want to push myself. Has anyone else used this DVD as a rotation for "getting back in the groove"?

I was recovering from the flu last week and found that C&W, PP and LowMax step only were good options for me when I wasn't feeling 100% yet. I have used Timesaver in a rotation before, but thought they were only shorter, not really less challenging.
