TGIF - I am not being productive at all today!

I am working from home today and my brain just isn't in the game! I started off strong with emails and accounting and all of that, wrote a few letters and then pulled the files out to get going. Since then, I've looked at the Road Trip schedule, ordered from victoria's secret, wrote an email to my friend. It's awful! I can't say that I'd be any more productive it I were in the office, so I don't feel bad. It's been a long week, I guess!

Anyone else in Friday head-in-the-clouds mode?

I just finished proof reading the most boring proposal. Yay! Now I can have fun!

The only negative is that there is half a chocolate cake about 20 feet away from me! I've been staring at it all morning. It has tons of frosting!!!!

I didn't want to work the minute I got out of bed this morning. But I'm here. Sigh. I got an article out to proof, received a newsletter back and sent it to be printed, and got a few other odds and ends out of the way. Nothing else actually needs to be done. So maybe I'll play today. I'd rather go home though.

Hi girls! I always have a hard time concentrating on work on a Friday. I keep finding myself checking these forums and letting another half hour go by without getting anything done! I would be lost if they ever blocked the forums here at work!

I work for the gov't so I usually don't do anything anyways, but today I seem to have way to much on my plate, and yet I'm on here looking at pictures and chatting away. Checking the latest gossip pages. How dare they make me work on a Friday?
