TGIF Everyone!

Last night I did the Bonus Combo on the Pyramids dvd, and even though there really is not much chest work, I have such crazy soreness in my chest from that workout. So today's workout, cardio based with a lot of jumping, was brutal! I blame this pain entirely on you Cathe ;)
 
Got KickMax scheduled for tonight ! Still working on the butt end ( week 4 ) of the 'One, Potato, Two Potato', rotation. Serious ass kicker & a highly recommended rotation.
Those blasts at the end of Kickmax are always killer,,,,,ugh,,,,one of these days I'll be able to do them as smoothly as Cathe ;)

Happy Friday and weekend, Cathe! Ended up taking a rest day today. My sis and BIL are visiting from Nuernberg. We ended up going to a cave restaurant in the Czech Republic. Awesome place and yummy food:p Tomorrow I will burn off some cal:p
