Good Morning All!
I did my pullup challenge first. 1&3/4, 1, 3/4, 3/4, 1&1/2. I think I will be repeating this week of the challenge since I didn't complete my reps.
I did Rounds 5-8 of Santa Monica:
Squatting Press - 22# barbell (did all - will try 27# next time) - all
Hi Pulls - 20# - all
Staggered Squats - did without weight - tried with 2 weights and then chickened out. - all
Press to Windmill - 25# Did the ladder 1, 2, 3 then rested. Completed 4s.
Suitcase deadlift to row - 25# no problem. Really need a 30#!
Flip-N-Squat - 20# (might try 25# next time) (all)
Clean & press to getup - 22# barbell (will go 5# higher next time) (all)
Super Plank with hip drop - all
Double alternating snatches - 20# - missed last rep on each side
Lunge Cocktails - 25# - did all (balance could have been better)
Squat and jump - all
Open Palm Presses - 20# (all) - felt a little wierd at first with the open palm grip but then it wasn't so bad.
Then I did the All Interval premix from Amy Bento's Hi/Lo Xtreme. Since doing KBs, I've starting exploring the world of premixes and I've missed out on so many good ones.
My endurance is starting to get better. Didn't have to take any extra rests today and got through practically all of the premix except for the last interval.

Jane - Good luck on your 5K! Please let us know how you like STS for those of us who cancelled our preorders. I heard good things about Ab Circuits which I will be getting but wanted to know how STS compares with her other workouts.
