Morning ladies,
Yesterady was a really rough day with the kids. We had obedience issues all day and I was so proud of myself because I didn't binge eat. Even at night when we had our small group over, I only had one cookie and didn't feel like junk this morning. I did, however, have two glasses of wine.
Anyway, I'm pretty sore from my workouts this week. They've been good. This morning I'm going for a walk with my friend and then I think I'll workout on Sat and Sun. Ryan's going to be out of town this weekend so I'll need something to do!
Katie, glad to see your smiling face early this morning. Imax 2 is a good one. I think it might be next on my list to buy!
Robin, great job with your WO! I checked out some of Amy's WOs yesterday - specifically the ASC3. Does she expect you to do all 140 minutes of the workout at once or what's the deal with those?

Menu thoughts:
Breakfast - I had 2 kashi waffles with organic/natural pb and organic preserves. It was yummy.
Lunch - probably leftover spaghetti pie from last night
Dinner - going out with Ryan to surprise place. Will NOT overeat.
Have any of you seen the Lyon in the Kitchen show? He cooks with all fresh ingredients. I've checked out the website before but I really like some of the recipes he does. I programmed my DVR to record him.
