YAY, Friday again!!

Lower body circuit for my this morning -- I think DM Cardio Leg Blast, then Pack Max, then Drive Max! Well, more like Ride Max / Sleep Max (if the boys cooperate)!!

We should be in NC by mid-day, and we are stopping to apply for the marriage license, then off to my dad's house for a short visit. We will come back around mid-day tomorrow.

I will check in when I can, which might not be that often. Have a good Friday and weekend ladies!!
 
OH, I almost forgot! Champion is running their $19.99 sports bra sale, so if you have been waiting to order, now is the time!!

I ordered two new ones and a cute tank top!!
 
Yeah, it's Friday! Quick check-in this morning; we're going away for the weekend. Oldest DS has a competition, so we're making it a family weekend get away. We'll only be a couple hours away from home, but we'll be away. The kids are excited b/c of the indoor heated pool.

I'm getting ready to do my workout before we leave; upper body minus shoulders, core and Imax 2 interval premix.

Jenn, Happy to hear Shelby is feeling better.
Steph, I wish I could work out with you. You'd be a great training partner.

I forgot to post earlier -- the Drs. office called yesterday, my labs came back normal. Back to the drawing board... I have felt better the past few days, knock on wood...

Morning clean peeps!!!

Yesterday was beautiful in Toronto, i snuck out of work and bought some new jeans and new spring coat!! I went to buy a medicine ball and came back with jeans and a coat!! oh well right.

Katie, i'm glad you're feeling better, maybe getting away will do wonders too!! DM leg blast is a killer!!! I sweat like a nut when i do that one

Shirl, where do you live? I will happily be your workout partner! I think this summer we should all meet in NJ and go workout with Cathe! Now that's a vacation. Have a great time this weekend? Do you get to stay in a hotel? That's always fun! Especially if there's a pool!
I dont have imax2 on dvd, just vhs...need to order it dont i?

Robin, which core workout you thinking about doing? Did you get 'in the ring' yet? I previewed last night, music is great!

last night i did CS legs, core from KPC, and some weighted standing work, lunges etc. Decided to cleanmax, washed all the bedding, duvets, lower level windows, broke the alarm clock, had to go get a new one...
Tonight, i think BM2 cardio

Steph, yay! New clothes! I'm shopping for some maternity stuff today. BM2 cardio is so much fun, maybe I'll do that tonight.

Is everyone eating a clean lunch?

My lunch was very clean because the nurses were having a cake sale and I ate a piece of chocolate cake. Hey it's a funraiser right :)

Steph what size medicine ball are you shopping for? I love the blue ones on Cathe's blog but I really don't need a new one unless....I can buy one bigger than 8# :D .

Today I'm going to do Cathe's coremax and stretchmax. Maybe that will calm me down because my DS got into trouble in school. He is very emotional and always has been.

I hope I get my In the Ring today.

Did you all see the new blog pics. NICE blue vests. I can't wait until Cathe comes out with her new equipment and I wish that she will hurry. My daughter gratuates in June, so that month I'll be broke.
 
Hey Robin - Chocolate cake sounds yummy! I'm trying to hold off on the cheesecake until after dinner tonight. Sorry about DS. ((big hug)). Sending UPS vibes your way~~~~~~~!

Lunch was good - it feeld good to get back to my regular habits. I'm not fully back there but its getting better everyday.

Hi Everyone,

Sorry about not posting yesterday. It was a crazy day and after work I had to drive DH to get his car in the rain in traffic. It took about an hour to get there and since the traffic coming back was bad we ate dinner near the body shop so we wouldn't have to sit in traffic again. We got home late and I was exhausted. I have been tired this because I have allergies and PMS. My allergies are always worse when I have PMS.

Robin, I am going to be broke too when Cathe comes out with her new equipment. Hopefully we have enough time before STS comes out so we can spread the costs out :)

Steph, a trip to NJ to see Cathe would be fun. Her gym is less than an hour from the beach and not far from Philly. There would be lots for us to do.
Kate, 12 weeks - wow the time has flown. Glad you are feeling better. Kudos for making a lowfat cheesecake :)

Steph, I want a med ball too. I want DH to do the partner ab work with me. It looks like so much fun. For lunch I had my grilled chicken salad and a breadstick. Not too shabby! I need a snack right now to carry my til dinner - not sure what though.

Colleen, Sounds like a late night! Yikes! Hope you get feeling better and the PMS does little damage to you! Fun WO - I'm anxious for stepping tonight too. I would love our own little mini-RT too!
 
I thoroughly enjoyed my tidy dinner - steak, oven potatoes, fruit, a roll. I make a *mean* steak, if I do say so myself! Bm2 after DDs go to bed, then cheesecakemax!}(

I feel so great!:D
