Good job on the workout. I dont know whats on tap for today. I did cardio yesterday (cardio fusion) so i think i need a circuit to get some weights in - i cant just do weights alone or i feel like i dont work out, and since its a work nite i dont want to work out for 2 hours!
Ive been crampy for two days in a row. it feels like period cramps and like i have to go to the bathroom (#2) but nothing happens. im not constipated but its just that feeling like u need to go then nothing. its like period cramps. it has me worried. i know i mentioned this yesterday but im getting worried. maybe its normal tho?...
i just got a diet coke. i try not to drink much caffeiene but the choice is limited at vending machines. i had a cup of tea this morning. i hope its not too damaging or anything like that - i think i over analyze a lot of things..
