Terminator

Hi. I am going to purchase the Intensity series and was wondering if I should get the Terminator or not. I am a little scared by the names of the programs!:) Is it that tough? I am good to go on cardiovascular wise except, now this is personal, my bladder is not what it used to be (4 kids will do wonders for your body!). I quit doing MIC beacuse of that issue. Does it have as much jumping as MIC?

I figured out that each DVD is chaper when you purchase the bundle without it. I don't want to spend the cash if it will be something I don't ever use. However, I love a challenge and wouldn't want to pass up a good deal.

Thanks for your input.

The cardio in Terminator is IMax 2 and the Cardio and Weights - middle of the road for Cathe. Gauntlet also has sections from BootCamp that are harder core. I really enjoy these workouts, which are all circuit workouts, but if you don't like long workouts (shortest 70 minutes, the longest 85), or circuits, then these aren't for you.

Hey Michelle, there is definitely not as much jumping as in MIC. Like Christine said these workouts are circuits but IMAX Xtreme is an awesome, fun and challenging cardiovascular step workout if you fast forward through the weight segments. One of my faves:)

I think that if you love a challenge you will enjoy the Terminator workouts very much. For me the Intensity Series workouts never collect dust and I have never regretted adding Terminator to my collection.

Take Care
Laurie:)

I like the Terminator for weekends when I have more time to workout. I definitely think they are worth it and they do give you a good challenge.

Thanks ladies. I am anxiously awaiting my new DVDs. I have pretty much rid my collection of everything and am replacing it all with Cathe's stuff. I really enjoy her encouragement and humor and always feel proud of myself when I complete one of her workouts. )I love circuits too.)
