Terminator Question

Hi all

I just got the Terminator DVD and am dying to try it. Just wondered how you would rate the workouts. Which is Hard, Harder, and HARDEST? I may want to just start with hard and go from there :)!

Oh, they are all really tough...just depends on what type of workout you want!:)
Imax extreme is just cardio that doesn't end.Keeps on going, you will feel like the energizer bunny.
I think I felt most powerfil after I accomplished the viper.I think that one as #5 and #9 interval in it.
And the Gualant is a really good workout as well.The viper and gualant are the same type of workouts.
I think I would consider The viper to be the hardest,Imax extreme to be harder and The Gualant to be hard.
But thats just me someone else may have a different opinion.
Either way,you will have a blast doing them.

I would consider IMax Extreme to be hardest b/c I prefer strength training to cardio. Next in line I'd say Gauntlet and then I feel Viper is the "easiest" of the three, and it is by no means a cake-walk. I just did Viper yesterday and was feeling pressed for time and a little less energetic than usual so I did it but skipped the C&W cardio portions....it was an excellent workout in less than an hour!

I think Gauntlet is the hardest, then Imax Extreme, then Viper. Gauntlet has really hard bursts of cardio and strength training involving legs, with very brief breaks for upper body only. Imax Extreme is long and challenging, but never really "hurts" like Gauntlet does. Viper has so much upper body in it that my heart beat spends too much time in a low zone.
