Hi Cathe! I was diagnosed with tennis elbow about 3 months ago. Although I know I need to go through physical therapy, I'm reluctant because I know they will tell me to stop lifting weights. I started using your weight training tapes (PS, MIS and Bodymax)about 8 months ago and I've noticed such great improvements in my muscle tone. I've been using lighter weights on the exercises that aggregate my elbow, hoping to put less strain on the elbow, while still contining to gain the benefits of weight training. The pain just won't go away! I'd really like to know how YOU work through an injury. I'd appreciate any advise you could give me! Thanks!
