I looked at clips but then I thought that, for the $, Linda Wooldridge is better value. She specializes in pilates/barre fusion workouts, utilizing loops, bands, small weighted balls, gliding discs, some dumbbells, ankle weights, the barre, obviously. Her moves will duplicate and go beyond what you see in TT, both at the barre and on the mat. Check her out. She includes multiple workouts on each DVD. There is no-one who offers quite so much filmed footage for the $ you pay. Her workouts are the perfect complement to the weighted gym style Cathe offers.
