Tell me about the best total body weight conditioning DVD

On FitTV, I've caught Power Hour and tried it once. That was awesome. What others of Cathe's DVDs do you really like that work all major muscle groups?

Muscle Endurance is a good one, and MIS, if you don't mind it being not nearly as modern looking. I do not like Push Pull or Supersets.

I still love Power Hour as the mother of all full body workouts, but if I had to choose a runner up, it would be Muscle Max. She only uses two risers under her step which makes the leg presses too easy, so I use 5 risers on each side. Also, I add a few extra exercises into the mix. I love GS Legs, so I combine it with MM to really work my legs.

HTH!

PH remains my favorite. A close second is the new Muscle Max. Others I like in order of preference are MIS, ME, Supersets (premixes only) and P/P (premixes only).

Another full body workout I like are actually 2 workouts, CTX-UB split and LL. I do this only when I have the time and energy, which is rare, split into a.m. and p.m. workouts. I add a couple of CTX ab routines at the end.

I enjoy Muscle Endurance and Power Hour.

Muscle Max is very good. I don't feel like it works the lower body enough.

:)

Ps....the Pyramids dvd still rules!

Muscle Endurance is my favorite because there is a ton of leg presses, then squats and lunges, so my lower body feels totally worked out (as does my upper body)

Muscle Max is my second favorite. I, too, sometimes think it doesn't work my legs enough but quickly eat my works during the squats, static lunges and PLIE SQUATS (these are killer in MM)!!!

I hear over and over that the stuff from the Body Blast series is a bit too easy, so unless you are a beginner (if you can do Power Hour, your not a beginner), then I do not recommend them.

In short, you cannot go wrong with Muscle Max or Muscle Endurance for total body.
