Teardrop and Horseshoe legs

Can you please tell me in as simple terms as possible (I am pretty dumb) what exactly are the teardrop and hoursehoe leg muscles?

Where are they found in correlation to other muscles in the same area, i.e., where is the teardrop of the tricep located?

It's just the quads and the shape they make when you're lean (teardrop).

The triceps makes the shape of a "horseshoe" when you're lean and have built up the muscles in that area.

The 'teardrop' muscle is the vastus medialus (quad muscle at inner part of knee).

I know Cathe never says this one, or at least I haven't heard it. Did you ever try to get your biceps to look like a 'baby's bottom'? Ever since I've heard that I can't forget it...& also make sure that I can see a 'baby's bottom' when I do a bicep curl Just another training goal!!
