My suggestion is something that will help us with the moves. I've seen some Christi Taylor DVD's and some of them have what she calls Move Master. She puts this special section on a lot of her DVD's. It isn't part of the workout. She shows us a lot of the moves very slowly. Maybe you could do something like that, either by having a DVD devoted to teaching us the different type of moves or by putting something like that on the DVD's. That way we could learn the moves like that before we do the workout.
Just so you know, I like your workout DVD's much better than Christie Taylor's.
