Teaching plus Working Out

I teach three step classes plus two body conditioning classes per week. In addition to that I have a full-time job (sitting at a desk all day). My question is how many cardio sessions should I do for myself to maintain and/or improve on my fitness level? I don't want to overdo it. I currently do 3-4 cardio sessions for myself per week plus strength train five days a week on top of the classes I teach. Any advice? Take Care!
