Hi Cathe,
Just wanted to thank you for your input a week or so ago in regards to Tarraflex floors. I printed your response and gave it to our owner. I sincerely believe your response helped us to make the final decision. We are getting the Tarraflex floors installed in 2 of our Gold's Gyms locations! We just got new BOSE speakers for our Group Exercise room......we are having the rooms painted this weekend and the Tarraflex floor will be installed Monday. My instructors and our members are really excited. I think our "new" room is going to look great!

On another note, what do you think about Body PUMP #37? Although I like to mix and match Body PUMP CD's, #37 has become my all time favorite.

Thanks again, Cathe!

I'm happy to hear that the information was helpful. Your new room sounds gorgeous. I can feel your anticipation building :-jumpy!

Funny you should ask about Body Pump 37. I remembered what you said and I was so excited to finally get to the workout at the end of the quarterly. I was telling all of our instructors that you said it was a really good one. As each track came on, I was saying "she's right, this is GREAT!". I used it the next day in my class. How about that CHEST track. I was trembling on that last SLOWWWWWW push up! I agree, this is definitely one of the better ones.

Take Care and enjoy your new fitness room!

Oh no!

Pushups in the chest track -- ack! I hate having to teach those! Full face-plant, here I come! :)

But I'm excited to hear that 37 is good -- they've had a good run of BP tapes this year, I think. We're always the last to have a quarterly (next Saturday) and it kills me!

Cathe, are you still teaching BP? I noticed on your schedule that it doesn't seem to be part of your regular teaching rotation.

RE: Oh no!

Hi Hazel. Yes, I teach Body Pump on Monday at 4:30pm and Saturday at 11:15am. Enjoy the quarterly. While you'll always find one or two song(s) and/or body part routine(s) from one tape that you like better on another tape, this new chest track is by far the HARDEST to date. I like the song "Sweet Child Of Mine" that goes with it but some members did not care for that hard rock tune. Personally I felt like I needed that kind of music to get the "anger, ;-)" to push those last push ups out! The last one rep is a doozy!
