I'm fairly new to your videos and I love them. They gave me a tough work-out that I need. My question is that my heart rate monitor reads up to 164 towards the end of the video. While I feel that I want to push myself to get stronger, I also don't want to make my workouts less effective. The high end of my range is 149. Is it imperative to stay right at that number or is it okay to go over as long as you don't feel like you are endangering yourself? Sometimes, my heart rate is over the 149, but, I don't feel thta winded? Thanks for the great videos.
