Tank Top Rotation
I just started this again for the second time. I did it awhile ago for a month, and then switched to a new rotation. I am bound and determined to continue this for 12 weeks. I saw good results the first time after only doing it a month. Instead of doing the PS's on Monday, I have been doing BodyMax UB, and a 1/2 hour of cardio from CTX. I am a little pressed in the morning for time and work. I have been doing kickbox, either Cardio Kicks, Power Strike 1 or 2, or Advanced Tae Bo for the cardio days. I love this rotation. As long as I keep switching my cardio's I won't get bored. I am ready to start throwing some IMax in there too!!! I am going to Dallas next week for 4 days so I am going to do 2 Body Endurance tapes, and my cardio, and when I am gone, try to do cardio everyday at the hotel gym. Maybe I can squeeze in some UB work. I kinda hate to interupt my great rotation!!! Oh well...
