Tank Top Rotation??? Anyone have it?

HI Gals,
I am interested in doing the TTR again but I can't find it anywhere.I know you basically work the upper body 3x a week but I can't remember if you work chest and back 3x as well.I also think that I am going to follow the videos suggested.
I probably have it here somewhere but I didn't know if anyone knew it off hand.

Here is the famous original Tank Top rotation by Marlene.

Day 1: PS Chest, Back, Shoulders, Biceps,and Triceps.
Day 2: CTX Leaner Legs
Day 3: CTX Shoulders, Biceps, and Triceps plus cardio
Day 4: Cardio
Day 5: MIS
Day 6: Cardio
Day 7: Cardio or rest
