Mariangeles, Taebo is way different then working out with Cathe or Janis. But it is a lot of fun! I personally love Taebo and cycle it in with my rotations. Billy Blanks is a great motivator and like working out with Cathe, I always want to get up and do it! I don't know anything about his new videos, but on a lot of his older workouts his counting is off and he doesn't always work each side evenly. This hasn't been a problem for me (it is for some) because once you know the workout you can compensate yourself. I still mainly do Cathe so it's not a big deal for me as I am just having fun and getting a great workout! I know that he is much better with that in his newer workouts.
Again, not everyone likes him, but I do! Hope that helps!
